Jombet Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Wagering Platform Guidelines

Welcome to Jombet. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "You") and Jombet ("Platform", "We", or "Company") regarding the use of jombet.pro and all related services.

By registering as a member, logging in to your account, or using any part of the Jombet platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the jombet.pro website, the jombet mobile app, and all services provided by jombet.
• "Account" refers to your registered jombet account, which holds your personal information and financial balance.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds in your jombet account available for betting activities.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus funds, or other benefits granted by jombet to members under specific terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process carried out by Jombet to ensure the accuracy of user information.

To register and use jombet's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not being located in a country or region where access to online betting platforms is prohibited by law.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or betting ban issued by any authority.

Each user is only permitted to register and own one (1) account only at jombet. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without refund of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. jombet conducts a KYC process to verify user identity. Documents that may be required include:

• Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Documents related to the payment method used

Jombet accepts a variety of deposit methods including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and several other methods listed on the platform. All financial transactions on Jombet are processed through secure channels with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.

Withdrawal Policy:

• For security purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (for the first deposit).
• Jombet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold.
• Before the first withdrawal is permitted, the KYC process must be fully completed.

All bets placed on the jombet platform are subject to the specific rules set for each game type or sport. The following general rules apply to all types of betting:

• All bets are considered final once confirmed by the jombet system. No cancellations are permitted after confirmation except under specific circumstances defined by jombet.
• Jombet reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed based on incorrect odds, technical errors, or system abuse.
• The use of automated software or methods to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed on markets that have expired or are no longer active will be voided and the stake returned.
• In live sports betting (in-play), odds can change rapidly. Bets accepted at specific odds are final even if the odds change after acceptance.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by one member. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
• Jombet reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms of any bonus with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the rollover requirement has been met.

As a jombet member, you are responsible for ensuring proper, lawful, and responsible use of the platform. Key user responsibilities include the following:

• Ensure all information provided to jombet is accurate and up to date at all times.
• Keep your password and account login details confidential. jombet will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their login information.
• Not using the jombet platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or money laundering activities.
• Not attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with jombet's systems or platform security.
• Not colluding with others to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• Ensure the platform is only accessed from authorized devices and locations.

Violation of any of the above responsibilities may result in actions including account suspension, account closure, and/or appropriate legal action.

Jombet takes user account security very seriously. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and Jombet's servers. In addition, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.

You are responsible for:

• Use a strong and unique password for your jombet account — a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Ensure you log out of your account when using public or shared devices.
• Notify jombet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Jombet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account in the following circumstances:

• User has violated any of the terms in this document.
• There is suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity linked to the account in question.
• The KYC process could not be completed within the specified timeframe.
• User found to be operating multiple accounts.
• Instructions from law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.
• User has requested account closure or self-exclusion through the responsible wagering program.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, Jombet reserves the right to hold any associated balance until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms fraud or misconduct, the funds in question may be fully forfeited.

For account closures requested by the user (not due to a violation), any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the required verification steps are completed.

Jombet provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we always strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or downtime.

Jombet will not be liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from platform disruptions or downtime beyond our control.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Betting outcomes made based on inaccurate or incomplete information obtained from external sources.

In any circumstances, Jombet's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Jombet is fully committed to responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable entertainment activity and should never cause financial stress or personal hardship.
